Delivery methods

Colissimo: Standard delivery to your home or a pickup point – Mainland France and International.

Chronopost: Express next-day delivery to a pickup point – France only.

Mondial Relay: Pickup point delivery (France and Europe)

Estimated delivery times

France: 2 to 3 business days

Europe: 3 to 4 business days

International: 6 to 7 business days

A tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is shipped.

Shipping fees

Fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the country and delivery method selected.

Please note

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Any customs duties or taxes (outside the EU) remain the responsibility of the customer.

In case of absence, your parcel may be collected at a pickup point.
