These GTCS define the terms of ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and use of the products offered by SASI EYEWEAR. Any order placed on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms, confirmed by a validation click during the checkout process. The customer declares having the legal capacity to place an order or being duly authorized.

Modifications to the Terms

SASI EYEWEAR reserves the right to update the GTCS at any time. Users are invited to check this page regularly. Continued use of the site after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Prices and Availability

Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€), VAT not applicable according to article 293B of the French Tax Code (auto-entrepreneur status). Prices may be changed at any time, but products will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of order validation. Delivery fees, if applicable, are shown before payment.

Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. In case of unavailability after order confirmation, the customer will be notified by email as soon as possible. A refund will be issued using the original payment method within 30 days.

Orders

To place an order, the customer must:

• Be over 18 years old or have parental authorization

• Select a product on sasieyewear.com and add it to the cart

• Enter their personal information (name, delivery address, email, phone number)

• Choose a payment method and validate the order

A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after validation.

Payment

Payments are made via a secure interface. Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Shopify Payments

• Apple Pay

• Klarna (installments or deferred payment) via Mollie

No banking data is stored on the site. Transactions are secured by the selected payment provider, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

Delivery

Deliveries are handled by:

• Colissimo (La Poste): standard delivery within 48 business hours (approx. 2–3 days), home or pick-up point (France)

• Chronopost: next-day express delivery to a pick-up point (France only)

• Mondial Relay: pick-up point delivery (France and Europe)

Estimated delivery times:

• France: 2 to 3 business days

• Europe: 3 to 4 business days

• Rest of the world: 6 to 7 business days

Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless the product is defective. Exact fees are shown at checkout. A tracking number is sent by email once your order is shipped.

Customer Area

Customers do not need to create an account. All confirmations, updates, and order history are sent directly by email. It is recommended to keep these emails for tracking or support.

Ownership Clause

Products remain the property of SASI EYEWEAR until full payment has been received. Risk (loss or damage) transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, customers can contact SASI EYEWEAR at contact@sasieyewear.com for an amicable solution.
In accordance with articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, customers may seek free mediation via the CMAP (Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris), 39 avenue Franklin Roosevelt, 75008 Paris.
If no amicable solution is reached, French courts have jurisdiction.

Governing Law

These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mediation process is used.

Limitation of Liability

SASI EYEWEAR strives to ensure the accuracy of all information on the site, but cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions (descriptions, non-contractual photos, etc.).
The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or force majeure, without SASI EYEWEAR being held responsible.
We are not liable for indirect damages related to product use.

Intellectual Property

All content on sasieyewear.com (texts, images, logos, designs, etc.) is the exclusive property of SASI EYEWEAR or used with permission.
Any reproduction or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement (articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code).
