At SASI Eyewear, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with European legislation.
Conditions for an accepted return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, and returned with all included accessories (case, cleaning cloth, card, and box). The original packaging must be intact.
Any return made without prior validation will not be accepted.
Return procedure
To request a return, please contact us via email at contact@sasieyewear.com or through WhatsApp, and provide the following information:
-Your full name
-The email address used for the order
-Reason for the return (optional)
We will get back to you promptly with the return address and a return form to print and attach to your parcel.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
In case of a defective product or order error
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sasieyewear.com, including clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
Products not eligible for return
For hygiene and commercial reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
-Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
-Orders delivered outside the European Union, unless previously approved
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different model, color, or size, please return the original item following the procedure above and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email of the acceptance or refusal of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
