Simply choose your favorite model on sasieyewear.com, add it to your cart, and follow the steps through to secure payment. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with a summary of your purchase.
We offer several 100% secure payment options via Shopify Payments:

- Klarna: pay in interest-free installments
No banking data is stored on our site. All transactions are encrypted and processed through certified partners.
Our packages are carefully shipped from France via the following carriers:
- Colissimo
- Chronopost
- Mondial Relay
Estimated delivery times:
France: 1 to 2 business days
Europe: 3 to 4 business days
Rest of the world: 5 to 6 business days
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
Orders are processed very quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sasieyewear.com or via WhatsApp.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist you.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories included.
Return procedure :
- We will send you a return slip with the return address and instructions
- Print the slip, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the post office or a pickup point.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
Any return without prior validation will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Bank processing times may vary slightly depending on your provider.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.
You can track your package in real time via the carrier's website (Colissimo or Chronopost).
Shipping fees are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
If your product is damaged upon delivery or incorrect, please contact us immediately with supporting photos via email or WhatsApp.
We’ll review your request and offer a fast solution (replacement or refund).
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change models, simply return the item as described above and place a new order.
